Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IT Career Acceleration website, enrolling in any program, or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Description of Services

IT Career Acceleration offers online courses, mini-courses, mentorship programs, coaching, assessment tools, and related educational resources focused on IT/tech career development, pivots, and personal branding (especially for non-coding roles). Services are delivered digitally via the Thinkific platform and/or associated tools.

When you enroll, your data, access, and progress are managed through Thinkific under their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (available at thinkific.com/legal).

Course Access and Enrollment

• Upon successful enrollment and payment (where applicable), you receive personal, non-transferable access to the program materials for your own use only.
• Access is typically lifetime for the specific program (unless otherwise stated).
• You may not share login credentials, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content without our prior written permission.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Thinkific and their third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store payment details directly. All prices are in EUR.

Refund and cancellation policies vary by individual program and are detailed on the respective product sales page and/or dedicated terms page (e.g., /terms-indemand, /terms-pathfinder, /terms-clarity). In general, due to the immediate delivery of digital content, sales are final subject to those specific policies.

EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsrecht

Our programs consist of digital content and/or services not supplied on a tangible medium.

Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and Austrian law (§ 18 Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz – FAGG), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply where:

• performance begins immediately after contract conclusion,
• you have given prior express consent to immediate performance, and
• you have acknowledged that you will lose the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing/enrolling, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal. This exclusion applies because you gain immediate access to fully consumable digital materials (videos, worksheets, templates, AI tools, personalized reports, etc.), the value of which is consumed in full or in substantial part within the 14-day period.

All sales are final subject to any program-specific refund policy stated on the respective page. For goodwill requests, contact info@itcareeracceleration.com — we review on a case-by-case basis.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during enrollment
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Use the services only for lawful, personal purposes
• Respect all intellectual property rights
• Not disrupt or interfere with the services

Intellectual Property

All content (videos, materials, worksheets, templates, methodologies, trademarks, website design) is our exclusive property and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

No Results Guarantee & Disclaimer

Our services provide education, guidance, tools, and (where applicable) personalized support only. We do not guarantee any specific career outcomes, job offers, salary increases, interviews, or other results. Your success depends on your effort, circumstances, and external factors. All services are provided "as is" without warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms (e.g., Thinkific for hosting, email tools, analytics). Your use of these is subject to their terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breaches of these Terms, without refund.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified (e.g., via email or site notice) at least 30 days in advance where possible. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.
