Terms & Conditions – IT Career Path Finder

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the IT Career Path Finder program ("Program"), an in-depth, personalized online programme offered by IT Career Acceleration with Kornelia Szabo ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Program.

1. Program Description

The Program is a structured, personalized digital programme designed to help participants discover and define their ideal career path in tech/IT (especially non-coding roles). It includes:

• Step-by-step video modules and guided content
• Reflection exercises, worksheets, and self-assessments
• Personalized analysis and support
• Delivery of a bespoke Career Path Report (individualized document based on your inputs and expert review)
• Lifetime access to materials and future updates

Significant parts of the Program involve one-on-one expert time and custom deliverables.

2. Access & License

• Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program materials solely for your own professional development.
• You may not share login credentials, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or make the materials (including the personalized Career Path Report) available to any third party without our prior written permission.
• Access is provided via the Thinkific platform or designated tools.

3. Payment

• The Program price is as displayed at the time of purchase (payable in full via Stripe or PayPal).
• All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.
• No payment plans or instalments are offered unless explicitly stated.

4. Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsrecht (EU Consumers)

This is a contract for the supply of digital content and services not supplied on a tangible medium.

Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and corresponding Austrian law (§ 18 Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz – FAGG), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply where:

• the performance begins immediately after conclusion of the contract, and
• the consumer has given prior express consent to the immediate performance, and
• the consumer has acknowledged that by starting the performance they will lose the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and enrolling in IT Career Path Finder, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and services and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal is excluded because you gain immediate access to fully consumable digital materials and personalized services (such as modules, worksheets, reflection tools, and the custom Career Path Report), the value of which is consumed in full or in substantial part within the 14-day period.

Consequently, after purchase all sales are final — subject to the specific refund policy below. Refunds outside this policy are not provided, except where mandatory under applicable consumer protection law.

For the avoidance of doubt: if you still wish to request withdrawal within 14 days despite the above, please contact us at info@itcareeracceleration.com. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund as a goodwill gesture.

5. Specific Refund Policy

Refunds are available only within the first 7 calendar days after purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• 100% refund — if you have completed content only up to Chapter 1 (Kick Off Your New Career Journey) and have not started Chapter 2.
• 50% refund — if you have started Chapter 2 (Embark on Your New Career Path Discovery) but the personalized Career Path Report has not yet been issued.
• No refund — once the personalized Career Path Report has been delivered/issued, as significant expert time and customization have been invested.
• No refunds are available after the initial 7-day period for any reason.

How to request a refund: Email info@itcareeracceleration.com within the 7-day window, stating your order number and progress in the program. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days.

6. No Results Guarantee & Disclaimer

The Program provides education, guidance, tools, personalized analysis, and a custom report. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, such as job offers, career changes, interviews, salary increases, or any other results. Your success depends on your own effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. All materials and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program materials (videos, PDFs, worksheets, the personalized Career Path Report, trademarks, etc.) remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these Terms (e.g., sharing materials, misuse of personalized deliverables).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vienna, Austria.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued access after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
