Terms & Conditions – Invisible to In-Demand

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the Invisible to In-Demand program ("Program"), an online digital course and toolkit offered by IT Career Acceleration with Kornelia Szabo ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Program.

1. Program Description

The Program is a digital product providing immediate access to:

• Video lessons
• Worksheets and assignments
• Custom AI assistant access
• Templates (résumé, LinkedIn banners, etc.)
• Bonus guides ("Check the Fit Before You Commit" and "Future-proof your career with AI")
• Lifetime access to materials and future updates

All content is delivered digitally and not on a tangible medium.

2. Access & License

• Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program materials solely for your own professional development.
• You may not share login credentials, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or make the materials available to any third party without our prior written permission.
• Access is provided via the Thinkific platform or designated tools.

3. Payment

• The Program price is €297 (or the amount displayed at time of purchase), payable in full via Stripe or PayPal.
• All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.
• No payment plans or instalments are offered unless explicitly stated.

4. Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsrecht (EU Consumers)

This is a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and corresponding Austrian law (§ 18 Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz – FAGG), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply where:

• the performance begins immediately after conclusion of the contract, and
• the consumer has given prior express consent to the immediate performance, and
• the consumer has acknowledged that by starting the performance they will lose the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and enrolling in Invisible to in-demand, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal is excluded because you gain immediate access to fully consumable digital materials (such as editable résumé templates, professional LinkedIn banners, custom AI assistant usage, worksheets, videos and bonus guides), the value of which is consumed in full or in substantial part within the 14-day period.

Consequently, after purchase all sales are final and no refunds will be provided, except in cases where a refund is mandatory under applicable consumer protection law.

For the avoidance of doubt: if you still wish to request withdrawal within 14 days despite the above, please contact us at info@itcareeracceleration.com. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund as a goodwill gesture.

5. No Results Guarantee & Disclaimer

The Program provides education, tools, templates, and guidance only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, such as job offers, interviews, salary increases, career advancement, or any other results. Your success depends on your own effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. All materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program materials (videos, PDFs, worksheets, AI prompts/templates, trademarks, etc.) remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these Terms (e.g., sharing materials, misuse of the AI assistant).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vienna, Austria.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued access after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
